TAYLOR, TX – The Taylor Economic Development Corporation (TEDC) is proud to announce a new economic development agreement with E3 Agriculture LLC (E3 Agriculture). This partnership marks a significant milestone in Taylor’s ongoing efforts to support industrial growth in targeted niches — while preserving and celebrating the agriculture heritage of the community.
Under the terms of the agreement, E3 Agriculture will locate its operations at the historic Williamson County Gin facility, located at 308 Sturgis Street, Taylor. The property has long been a part of Taylor’s agricultural landscape, and it is particularly exciting to welcome a new company that both honors that legacy and ushers in the next phase of industrial innovation for the community.
“We are thrilled to help bring new life into the Williamson County Gin,” said TEDC Chairperson Betty Day. “E3 will build on this agriculture history of Taylor.”
Key Agreement Terms:
•E3 Agriculture will occupy the facility by December 31, 2027.
•The company will create 20 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) positions within five years of receiving the Certificate of Occupancy (CO).
•A minimum capital investment of $2,000,000 in real and personal property is required.
•E3 will maintain a minimum tax value of $1,500,000 until December 31, 2030.
